By engaging MFC Digital, you agree to the following terms.

Services

MFC Digital provides digital consulting and setup services including but not limited to:

• Microsoft 365 setup
• Business email configuration
• Domain connection
• DNS configuration
• Security configuration
• Technical guidance
• Creator business technology setup

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Supply required account access where necessary
• Purchase any required licences unless otherwise agreed
• Respond promptly to requests for information

Delays caused by missing information may affect project timelines.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before work commences.

Additional work outside the original agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Third-Party Services

MFC Digital relies on third-party providers including Microsoft, domain registrars, hosting providers and internet services.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, pricing changes or service interruptions caused by these providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFC Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
